Visitor Information

Opening Times

The Halls are primarily an event venue, and as such are mainly staffed around events taking place within its walls. This means the building may not be open to the public for ad-hoc visits. However, The Halls actively partake in the Heritage Open days and welcome pre-booked guided tours arranged by The Tourist Information Centre and HEART. You are advised to phone 01603 628477 before you visit. You can also visit the website for more information.

Anyone wanting a tour of The Halls should contact the Tourist Information Centre, which is located in the Forum, on 01603 213999. You can also see a leaflet describing the tours by clicking here.

Is there Disabled Access?

Access to St Andrew's Hall is generally level, but there is a ramp for wheelchair uses. There is also a lift up to Blackfriars' Hall. The Crypt Cafe can be accessed on a flat level from St Georges street entrance and links to the rest of the complex via a stair lift.
