Opening Times

The Halls are open 0900-1700 for general public viewing. However, because The Halls can be booked for private hire, you are advised to phone 01603 628477 before you visit. You can also visit the website for more information.

Tours

Anyone wanting a tour of The Halls should contact the Tourist Information Centre, which is located in the Forum, on 01603 213999. You can also see a leaflet describing the tours by clicking here.

Are there any Refreshments at The Halls?

The Crypt Cafe is open Monday to Saturday 1000-1630, but is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Is there Disabled Access?

Access to St Andrew's Hall is generally level, but there is a ramp for wheelchair uses. There is also a lift up to Blackfriars' Hall. The Crypt Cafe can be accessed on a flat level from St Georges street entrance and links to the rest of the complex via a stair lift (currently out of order, but it is due to be fixed by April 2009).
